Orange status lights on the phone indicate the phone is not currently synchornized with the Meganet/Voiceway voice network. You may unplug the phone from the power source, and plug it back in within 10-15 seconds to see if the issue goes away.
If it does not, it is possible your internet connection has gone down. Check from your computer to see if you are able to get online. If your connection is up, we can isolate the issue to the phone.
